1、關(guān)于外沖刷機封的冷卻水的壓力不宜過大，一般情況不高于0.05MPa，流量0.3L/S左右，一般能自然活動即可。
2、關(guān)于內(nèi)沖刷機封的冷卻水的壓力應(yīng)比密封腔內(nèi)的工作壓力高0.1MPa以上。流量0.5L/S左右。沖刷水進(jìn)入泵腔。
3、每次待沖刷水或冷卻水敞開五分鐘后，再發(fā)起潛水渣漿泵。
4、每次中止?jié)撍鼭{泵五分鐘后，再停沖刷水或冷卻水。
5、機械密封不允許在無沖刷水或冷卻水狀態(tài)下工作，或干沖突工作。
